Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to complete the return. Return shipping is handled by post, and a downloadable return label is available for SEK 99. This cost will be deducted from your refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Return conditions and fees

For approved returns of non-defective products, a restocking fee of SEK 49 will be deducted from your refund.

Returned items must be received in new condition. If the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or make a deduction from the refund where applicable.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must still be in new condition, unused, and in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

The cost of the return label (SEK 99) and any applicable restocking fee (SEK 49) will be deducted from the refund amount.
