How long does delivery take?
Every poster is printed when you order it. Production normally takes 2–3 business days, after which shipping within Sweden takes a further 1–3 business days. Expect your order to arrive within 3–6 business days from the time you place it.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer always free shipping — regardless of order value, size or whether you add a frame.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Check your inbox and spam folder if you don't see it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because every poster is printed immediately after the order is placed, we can only make changes if you contact us within a couple of hours of purchase. Reach out as quickly as possible using the form below.
What if my poster arrives damaged?
Take a photo of the packaging and the damage and send it to us via the form below. We'll send a replacement poster at no cost — no hassle.
Can I return a poster?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the poster is unused and in its original condition. Contact us before sending anything back and we'll guide you through the process.
What size should I choose?
Use the live configurator on the product page — it shows how the poster looks at the correct size above a sofa, with or without a frame. As a general rule: choose a width that covers 2/3 of your sofa's length when hanging above a sofa. Read more in our guide: How to build a gallery wall.
Are your prints made with AI?
Some of the prints in the store are created using AI. We are transparent about that. Our aim is to progressively build collaborations with real artists and use Framzio as a platform for their work. Regardless of origin, every poster is produced using museum-grade giclée printing on archival fine art paper.
What is giclée printing?
Giclée is the printing method used by art galleries and museums worldwide to reproduce artwork with absolute colour accuracy. We use giclée exclusively — never cheaper digital print methods. Read more on our print and quality page.
How does the Buy 3, Pay for 2 offer work?
Add three or more posters to your cart — the cheapest one is automatically deducted at checkout. The offer applies to all posters in the store and can be mixed freely across sizes and motifs.
Do you sell frames?
Yes. You can add a handmade Italian wooden frame directly on the product page. Frames come with premium plexiglass and with the poster already inside — ready to hang.
